CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Higher Diploma, or any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities
  • To liaise with existing customers and Airlines/Vessels on their daily space booking, space confirmation and shipments status.
  • To communicate with Airlines/Vessels for the cargo space arrangement and ad-hoc approval.
  • To coordinate and problem solving with Airlines/Vessels and customers if there is shipment occur any problems during booking until shipment arrived final destination.
  • To liaise with custom for all import and export permit purposes.
  • To monitor all shipments delivery status.
  • To co-operate with operation team from time to time.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction from time to time.

CARGO SALES EXECUTIVE – AIR DIVISION

Job Requirements

Cargo Sales Executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organizations products/services.

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Higher Diploma, or any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must provide own transport.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley and travelling.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

The role of a Cargo Sales Executive is to assist the organizations growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

 

  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Make cold calls for new business leads
  • Support in writing new business proposals
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
